What is Massage Therapy?
Complementary to chiropractic care at Rosenberg Wellness Center with Cox Technic Flexion Distraction and Decompression spinal manipulation, massage therapy is the manual manipulation of the body's soft tissue structures through an assortment of techniques ranging from relaxing to rehabilitative. Soft tissues include muscle, skin, tendons, fascia, ligaments and joint capsules. These are often involved when the spine and extremities are in pain.
With massage therapy, function, flexibility and overall circulation of the soft tissues increase.
